I am not sure how you are plugging the system into SLD. The standard way is what I have suggested you using the Tx RZ70
I reached the Central Servers tab
Are you using some wizard from the Solution Manager system (which I believe is the SLD) ?
You will be able to connect to the server where SAP is running if you enter valid OS credentials.

There aren't any errors or warnings.

Posting on 90/1 does not create FM document, while posting on 30/3 creates one. Hence, fund centre is required. So, either change commitment item for the posting (via derivation rule) or provide fund centre.

The only standard option is to delete the SC line items. For this you the user must have activity "06 Delete" in his PFCG role. This activity enable him to delete SC line items once the SC is in status approved.
Shopping cart cannot be deleted once approval is done. You can delete it before approval.
But you can delete the line item of the shopping cart even after the approval is done. In that case if any follow-on doc is created for that line item of shopping cart it will get deleted. You will find the delete tab becoming grey once the follow-on doc. is created in the check status (BBPSC04 transaction) of the SC.
Other alternatives ->
1) The FM BBP_PD_SC_DB_DELETE deletes from persistent layer.
2) The FM BBP_PD_SC_STATUS_CHANGE with 'DELE' activity, marks as deleted and keep the document in the persistent layer.
According your needs, you will need to choose which one fits your requirement.
To commit changes to DB from BBP_PD_SC_DB_DELETE you will need to COMMIT WORK, cuz even the FM doesn't display any error messages in the e_messages table, the deletion task is not commited.
About the BBP_PD_SC_STATUS_CHANGE FM, you will need to inactivate the follow on document status in the CRM_JEST table to achieve the deletion with the FM i have mentioned...
For both FM's *DB_DELETE and *STATUS_CHANGE you need to create a ZFM or ZREP to write the COMMIT WORK instruction after the execution of the FM.

Goto trascn PFCG and enter any of the the user role(SAP_BBP_STAL_MANAGER or SAP_BBP_STAL_EMPLOYEE).Under authorization tab ,you can see the possibel actions in the Authorization object for SC.I dont have the access to the system so cant tell you the exact name of the object

Paying a monthly flat rate to our contractors,for maintenance works carried out.
When a work order is raised in SAP PM, additional charges seems to be appearing after TECO (closing out a work order)?

You are checking in Dev system.It may be due to changes in source system.Basis can confirm you about the changes done.
You can replicate the Data source and activate the transfer rules,update rules,transformation etc.
and then run the IP..In addition check RFC connection,Partner Profile.
Are you able to see the data source in RSA7 with entries?Are the Deltas are corrupted in RSA7.
Once you can try for full load by some selection.

You seem to be on the right track. It is required that you generate the workflow each time MSMP Workflow configuration is transported to an new instance (DEV to QAS to PRD).
You are correct. The transport does NOT generate a new version when you move it to a new instance. You can use transaction GRFNMW_GEN_VERSION from the abap screen to do this. In this way you are not going to the MSMP Configuration screen to have to open that up for change and then generate there. It will NOT require a transport to do this.
Also, It will NOT matter if the current version matches across your instances. For example, you may have version 67 in your GRC DEV box, and you may have version 34 in your GRC QAS instance, and version 23 in your GRC PRD instance.
In regards to activating the Runtime Cnfg Chng OK option, the question you will need to ask is: Should all requests be updated to the latest version of workflow when changes are made. If yes, then you want to check this box in all stages. Personally, in my experience, this is usually activated in my implementations.
Just one more thing you should understand, once you make that change to activate the runtime functionality, only requests that are initiated AFTER that change has been made and the workflow has been generated will be changed. So for example, you maintain your workflow to activate this field and transport it. After the transport is imported to the next instance, you use the transaction to generate a new version in that instance. Any existing WF items that exist would not have that box checked as they are on the previous version now. They would follow the path that they started on and it is not possible to change that. If necessary to get them to the new version, you would need to cancel the current request and then copy that request to a new one. I hope that makes sense.
At times when I have made some significant changes that affect the course of the workflow, you may still run into issues. For example, if you change your EUP settings to begin adding a required field, that change is outside of the course of the workflow generation, and it may cause some issues in existing requests. There is no 'guide' as to when that will happen, so you would just need to understand what changes you are making and consider what the consequences may be for WF items already existing.
